Host Your Own Book Signing or Digital Event in Support of BQSAC

As HRH Queen Sylvia Nagginda Luswata will be visiting the United States during Women's History Month in March 2025, we invite you to organize book signing events in your community or digital book sales events. These events are a chance to engage with the mission of Queen Sylvia and BQSAC, fostering support for the Nnaabagereka Development Foundation's work in equality regardless of gender, education, and healthcare. When hosting a book signing, participants can meet Queen Sylvia, gain insights into her mission, and directly contribute to impactful projects.

How You Can Participate

We encourage individuals and organizations to be a sponsor in this initiative by hosting events, whether in-person or online. By organizing and promoting these events within your network, you’ll play a vital role in raising awareness and funds for BQSAC’s mission. Every event, large or small, can make a meaningful difference.

Forming an Event Planning Team

If you're interested in hosting, form a planning committee to manage the details: event setup, promotions, volunteer coordination, and follow-up. You’ll work closely with BQSAC on event flow, engaging with press contacts, and ensuring attendees have a positive experience.

Promotional Materials

BQSAC will provide promotional materials, including flyers, social media graphics, and press releases, to help your event succeed. Volunteers can distribute these materials in community hubs, local bookstores, and online to reach a broad audience.
