DIANA BASAMULA

Lady Diana Nantongo Basamula is a passionate advocate for families especially by empowering women and young girls to attain great heights and fulfil their potential.

Professionally Lady Diana, works for Sanofi Pharmaceuticals, and has worked within the pharmaceutical industry for the last 12 years ensuring that specialty drug innovations are financially accessible for patients. She also helps deliver the industry leader’s purpose of using the power of leading-edge science to save and improve lives around the world.

Lady Diana is Chair of the Board, Nnabagereka Development Foundation, USA which supports the philanthropic work of Her Royal Highness, Sylvia Nagginda Luswata, Queen Consort of Buganda Kingdom in Uganda, East Africa.

Lady Diana serves as a Board Member of the Buganda Queen Sylvia Advisory Committee, located in Washington, DC aimed at promoting the works of HRH Sylvia Nagginda.

Personally, Lady Diana is a wife, mother, daughter, sister, and granddaughter. Lady Diana and her husband, Prince Nicholas Namugala Basamula have 4 beautiful girls that they hope will grow into socially responsible adults.

Lady Diana graduated with a BA in Biology and Psychology and a master’s degree in counseling psychology.
