The Buganda Queen Sylvia Advisory Council (BQSAC) is dedicated to supporting HRH Queen Sylvia Nagginda Luswata’s global mission of advancing equality regardless of gender, community development, and cultural enrichment. Operating as a nonprofit organization, we provide strategic guidance to HRH and support her efforts to uplift underserved communities worldwide, with a particular focus on empowering individuals.

Advocating for Equality: We work alongside HRH to advance global equality regardless of gender through
initiatives that create opportunities for underserved populations, empowering individuals to thrive in all
aspects of life.
Community Development: BQSAC helps build stronger, more resilient communities by providing guidance on
organizational development, social entrepreneurship, and creating educational and economic opportunities that
improve the quality of life for all.
Promoting Cultural Exchange: We leverage the cultural heritage of the Buganda Kingdom to promote unity
and understanding between Uganda and the global community, facilitating cross-cultural dialogue and
partnerships.
Supporting HRH’s Autobiography: In addition to advising on strategic initiatives, we assist in
promoting HRH Queen Sylvia’s autobiography, The Nnaabagereka – Queen Sylvia Nagginda Luswata: Life. Passion.
Duty., which shares her personal journey and values in advocating for global empowerment.
